Tommas will invite us to join him in speculating on what life might be like if our hopeless tax system were replaced by an arrangement whereby the community created value of locations were recovered by the state. Imagine – would the conditions in society, after a somewhat tricky transition be as we would we like? Would it have been worth the effort?
